Equality and diversity Training

Course Name: Equality and diversity Training – Three days.

Course Description:
Within a supportive environment ashebo provides the space to enable people to work through sensitive and controversial issues. Through open dialogue and practical exercises, we explore cultural diversity, equality and discrimination.

The training consists of three 5 hour session

It covers:

* The nine protected characteristics within the Equality Act
* What influences people values, attitudes and behaviour
* Different types of discrimination
* Employer and employee duties in relation to Equality and Diversity
* How exploring personal bias’s enhances relationships with others
