Course Description:

Our Safeguarding Refresher Training for children, young people and adults at risk is a 4-hour training programme that offers an opportunity for individuals to reflect on their previous training and explore how they have put it into practice since COVID. Participants will review different types of abuse and the impact of abuse, explore issues of safeguarding in the context of their work, and review any amendments to relevant legislation and guidance. They will also be made aware of any updates to their organisation’s safeguarding policies and procedures and identify and address any barriers that affect reporting abuse.
