Overall, I really enjoyed the training. I feel that I have walked away with a clearer understanding of Youth Work. This also contributed to my placement as my work revolved around Youth Work, so I was able to apply the knowledge I had learnt to my work.

We have been working with ashebo for a number of years. We have found their approach personal and professional. They recently delivered safeguarding training to our staff team and board. The training was just what we needed.
We commissioned ashebo to deliver a bespoke safeguarding session for the Charity, as we have different deliver teams, it provided the chance for us to come together as an organization; that was invaluable. We were able to discuss safeguarding in the context of our work in out of school setting; it was an excellent day, well-crafted and facilitated to meet our organsations needs.'
'For the past three years we have sent our new recruits to the playwork training offered by ashebo; the quality of the feedback is always excellent, and we know staff enter into the playspace being more confident in understanding their role in supporting children’s play.
The Unity Hubb has worked with ashebo for the last 9 years. While there are many training providers out there, we continue to work with ashebo because of their unique delivery style, which always manages to enlighten and challenge people which leaves them more self-aware and open to change.
The first time we experienced this was in 2014 where ashebo delivered the very first ‘women in conversation’ at the Hubb and the impact of this programme transformed many women’s lives including my own. Due to this we continued to add the programme to our monthly calendar for 5 years.
Other training Ashebo has delivered includes Equity and Diversity training for the staff which has given them added confidence and changed practice resulting in a better working culture.
